Starlite Marbella 2026 ends on 29 August. The festival opened on 19 June and runs for 49 nights at the Cantera de Nagüeles, the former quarry in the hills above Marbella, on Calle Albinoni. This is the fifteenth edition, and the auditorium seats around 3,500 people. If you have not been yet this summer, you have roughly two weeks left.

What is still to come at Starlite Marbella 2026?

The closing stretch is one of the strongest of the season, and it leans Spanish and Latin rather than international pop.

Earlier in the month the quarry hosted Malú on 10 August, Iván Ferreiro on 13 August and Vanesa Martín on 14 August. Tickets for the final nights tend to go first in the seated central blocks, so late August is not the moment to leave it to the day itself.

Getting there without the usual queue

The quarry is about ten minutes by car from Marbella old town and a little over fifteen from Puerto Banús, but the access road is single file in both directions and it backs up badly either side of showtime. Concerts start late by northern European standards, often after 22:00, and everyone leaves at once.

Two things make the night easier. Book a return taxi rather than trusting the rank afterwards, and eat before you go up rather than relying on the venue. Staying on the Marbella side of the town, rather than out towards Elviria or Estepona, turns a forty minute return trip into a ten minute one.

Why the last Starlite nights matter for owners

Late August is the highest rate window of the Marbella year, and Starlite is one of the reasons. It pulls a Spanish domestic audience into the town at exactly the point when the northern European family season is starting to tail off, which softens the usual drop in the final week of the month.
