A charming three-bedroom, three-bathroom house in Marbesa, a quiet residential corner of East Marbella, with a pool that is yours alone. Two double bedrooms are on the main floor, and a self-contained studio with its own entrance, bathroom and kitchenette suits teenagers or friends travelling together.
The house has genuine Spanish character, with wooden beams and an indoor fireplace for cooler evenings. Outside, the pool is ringed by sun loungers, and a shaded terrace with a dining table and barbecue opens onto the garden.

The Area
Marbesa sits between Elviria and the marina at Cabopino, about 12 km east of Marbella centre: low white villas, stone pines and almost no traffic. The beaches along this stretch stay uncrowded even in August. Restaurants, supermarkets and the Elviria shops are a five to ten minute drive, and Málaga airport is under 40 minutes away.
