This renovated apartment sits directly on Marbella's paseo marítimo: leave the complex and you are on the promenade and the beach. The bright living room has floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors that frame the Mediterranean, and a balcony with a dining table looks out over the sea and the harbour.
It has one bedroom with a king-size bed and two bathrooms, and two fold-down beds in the living room let it sleep four. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large island and a dining table for six, and the building has a lift and a community pool.

The Area
This is the old, walkable Marbella: the building is on the seafront between the fishing harbour and the town centre, with beach bars and chiringuitos along the sand. Ten minutes on foot takes you into the Old Town, with Plaza de los Naranjos, tapas bars and bakeries. Málaga airport is about 45 minutes by car.
