A newly renovated duplex that separates day from night. Upstairs, the open kitchen with island, the living and dining area and the terrace with barbecue share the top floor, looking over the fairways of La Quinta to the Serranía de Ronda.
The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are downstairs, where it stays cooler and quieter in summer. One bedroom opens onto its own small terrace, and one is an inside room without a window.

The Area
La Quinta lies in the foothills above Nueva Andalucía, in the municipality of Benahavís, high enough for views over the coast and the mountains. The La Quinta golf club with 27 holes is on the doorstep. Puerto Banús and San Pedro are about ten minutes by car, Marbella twenty and Benahavís village fifteen.
