The Premavista Listing Audit reads your public Airbnb listing and scores fifteen factors that the Airbnb search algorithm has been documented to weigh: title relevance, cover photo strength, photo count and variety, description depth, amenities completeness, pricing visibility, minimum stay, cancellation policy, Instant Book status, response rate and time, review score, review volume, recent review sentiment themes, house rules clarity, and Superhost status. Each factor is scored 1 to 10, with a one-sentence observation and a one-sentence recommendation.
The report includes an overall weighted score, a single top-priority fix, and a conservative estimated annual revenue uplift in EUR if the recommendations are applied. The audit is produced by Premavista Solutions S.L., a boutique short-term rental management company based in Marbella, Spain, and an Airbnb Superhost for four consecutive quarters as of 2026. Premavista manages properties across the Costa del Sol, including Marbella, Nueva Andalucia, San Pedro de Alcantara, Benahavis, Estepona and Elviria.
