When you partner with Premavista, your property is managed by Roderick Stroethoff, our Head of Operations — not passed to a call centre or rotated between junior staff. Roderick oversees every property personally, from pricing adjustments to guest communication to maintenance coordination.

Depending on your property's location and your preferred language, you'll also work directly with our co-founder Anastasia Grebelskaya, who brings a decade of luxury hospitality experience and manages all Russian and English-speaking owner relationships.

Together with our trusted network of local cleaners, maintenance professionals, and photographers, we operate as a small, responsive team — not a faceless agency. You'll always know exactly who is in your property and who to call.

You Pay for Performance, Not Platform Fees

Unlike agencies that charge a percentage of your total rental revenue, our fee is calculated only on the income you actually receive after platform fees (Airbnb, Booking.com) are deducted.
